JAMBALAYA
Cajun rice, pan fried with fresh vegetables, chicken
breast, chorizo, prawns and chilli

GUMBO - A hearty vegetable stew

CATFISH GOUJONS - A white fish with a distinctive delicate flavour
(goujon is like a posh fish finger!) it is covered in cornmeal
and served with our homemade pineapple, chilli and coriander salsa

BUFFALO HOT WINGS - Named after the city they were first
served -Buffalo, New York. Fried chicken wings served with
our spicy hot sauce

CORN BREAD- The bread of the south! Sweet in flavour,
best eaten with savoury dishes. Made predominately with
cornmeal (polenta) but this dish also contains white flour.
A gluten free version is available subject to availability

Can we choose what we get?

You don't need to. We have chosen the most authentic and
popular soul food dishes for you. The items you will receive are listed
overleaf. There are side dishes if you wish to add items to your meal.
If there is something that you really do not like then please let your
server know and we will replace it with a suitable alternative.

My partner is vegetarian but I am not. Does this affect what we will get?

We will always ask if anybody is a vegetarian or if there are any
allergies in the group. All of the items in green are the dishes we
serve for vegetarians instead of the meat, so if there are 2 of you
and one eats meat and the other doesn't you will get everything
listed but the vegetarian dishes will be portioned for one and the
meat dishes will be portioned for one, the communal dishes
(corn bread, coleslaw, vegetable gumbo etc) will be portioned for both
